Thanks for your kind comments on my blog. I believe a lot of us envy your capacity to run so much year after year without needing a big race as a motivating factor.
For me, if there is no race I'll run some, but not the way I do when training. And you run more than I do even at my peak mileage. That makes you a "Zen master" of running. But I do think you have some really fast races left in you. The RW forumites, I'm certain, would love to see you pin on a number. But I respect the miles you get in race or no race.
