Long time no see blog.....what up?

Same ole thing today....ran 8 in the AM and only 2 at noon for the 10 spot total......7:55 pace for the 8 and 7:41 pace for the 2.........the streak is at like 1,234,567 consecutive days run for a 37 mile a day avereage during........here is my tip for the day....never wear spandex in New York in a leap year.

My Dodgers lost tonight 3-2 in Philly....no problem we will sweep the 3 at home so we just need one of the three games left in the City of brotherly love.....if by chance we do not get to the World Series.....I will back Philly......NL all the way baby.......and never.....ever will I back an east coast team...........
