8 miles this morning in 1:06:39......8:19 pace.....I was a slug and I will blame baseball practice last night....another 4.3 miles at noon in 32:17.....7:30 pace....for....yep.....you guessed it...12.3 miles today.
Maybe I will get back on the ole blog later and throw down some wit and wisom.....at the moment I am fresh out........
