8 miles in the AM......8:14 pace.

3 miles at noon......8:01 pace.......for.....you guessed it....11 miles for the day.....sore today....but nothing out of the ordinary....I still have thoughts of 20 or more miles dancing in my head...could be a whim run tomorrow.......it would be the mountians if so.......this is how I shake up the status quo......I am trying to add more thought and insight (pretend I have some) to my blog....been told by a few that I stick to close to just the facts.......after almost 69,000 miles though...tough to give a thesis about each run...why I just notate milestones or standout runs......I will work on sharing my yoda like wisdom.......LOL......do not expect an Oprah or Dr. Phil moment though........and now for the facts...something like the 2,119th consective day on this streak with about a 9.7 mile average over the streak...the streak from '93-'01 was 3,155 days and an 8.6 a day average...that one ended just after a decade.....'91 through '00 of not going under 3,000 miles in a year....see....I cannot help myself....I am an idiot sevant when it come to my numbers.......
