I need to get around to visiting my blog a bit more often........but I really have nothing earth shaking to say......runs of 13 miles or up have a way of activating the numbers geek in me so I go to the logs and start adding:

Tomorrow will be my 87th month at 10.0 average or better........the first since December 2008......I went a stretch from December 2003 through December 2008 of running 55 of 61 months at 10.0 average or better.....20 of those months were at 11.0 average or better.....2 of the months were at 12.0 average or better.

The only month since November of 2003 to be below 9.0 was January of 2009....an 8.4 taper month average.

The very first month to run 10.0 average or up was September of 1982.

Numbers that spilled out of my sick mind tonight are:

245 months at 7.0 average or better.
221 months at 8.0 average or better.
142 months at 9.0 average or better.
87 months at 10.0 average or better.
20 months at 11.0 average or better.
2 months at 12.0 average or better.

I got bored there and decided not to add up the 6.0.....5.0...4.0 and so on.

Time to crack open a Budlight.......must quite the Demons that lurk.
