Just another day.......

AM......a slow 8 miles.....8:19 pace.

Taking son#2 to shcool every other week is once again cutting in my snooze time.......these weeks I will get to bed at about 11-11:15pm and be up by 5:30am....I need to get this kid to scrap this silly High School education goal of his so dad can get more then 6.5 hours sleep a night.

Did another 2.5 miles at noon @7:26 pace.

Lets call it 10.5 for the day.......the massive picture above is from the sea cruise in July of 2007........I think I should have worn sunblock on the track as I ran my circles......I am the lame dude on the left with my brother- in -law on the right.....not sure what the hell is going on with my hand on his shoulder.....I swear we are not dating.....I mean my sister would be so pissed if we were.........
