I am getting lazy on the blogging thing.....yesterday was 10.1 miles @7:51 pace.......today was 8 miles in the AM @8:01 pace and at noon I did a deuce @7:43 pace.....oh deuce is hep cat talk for 2 miles......you people are so square.................
