Noon......2.5 miles in 19:14.........7:41 pace.

10.5 miles for the day.

MTD= 278.0

YTD= 3,006.8

LTD= 71,347.4

16th year out of the last 18 years to run 3,000 or more miles.

Years under 3,000:

2001= 2,746.0
2002= 2,539.9

On pace to run about 4,100 this year.....ran 4,184.2 last year......of course the year by year run down...no pun intended.....is to the right.

Also on this date......10 years ago today my granny died on September 25th, 1998 at the age of 80.

She died on a Friday afternoon with all four of her children and her two favorite grandchildren surrounding her bedside......I was holding her left hand at the moment she passed into the next world.
