I have once again been away and neglected my look at me blog.......same old story....same old song and dance.....I have been running.......today....oh let me see now.....8 in th AM in 1:05:40 and 2 at noon in 15:48......taking things at a veteran runner relaxing pace.............the LTD went over 71,000 miles today and the streak marches on at 2,305 days for a 9.89 daily average during said streak....your up date.....as for the rest of my life.......MYOBMF........
