Another hot one.......90 degrees at 1:08pm when I started my run.......faster today.

10 miles in 1:23:33........8:21 pace........did 4 mile loops around the house....and a final 2 mile loop.....stashed water and picked some up at 4 miles and 8 miles so maybe that is why it was a bit faster....the magic of hydration.......like a caveman discovering fire.......in my 29th year of running and the simple things still elude me at times.

Another 3 miles at 5:35pm in 22:08......7:22 pace.

13 miles for the day.

On this date in 1982 I ran 8.5 miles not timed.....that month would be my first over 300 mile month at 302.

This date in 1992 I ran 10 miles in 1:12:14....7:13 pace.
93 degrees for that run and I noted the last mile was a 5:54.

This date in 1995 was 10 miles in 1:13:37...7:21 pace and I noted it was 94 degrees for the run....and I took some lemonade on the run.
