The running...............9.0 at 6:32am and 3.5 at noon....in something like 8:32 pace and 8:15 pace as I continue to feel the right achilles heal.......slow yes....but banged up yes.......that is 12.5 miles for those of you without calculators.......the left hammy....well let us just say I hope that it is normal by the time Bush JR gets booted back to his faux Texas ranch and the world can quit laughing at us again.......see.........you get political commentary and a dose of running talk all for the price of one ticket.
