It seems I have been remiss once again in my blogging duties.....below are the last 3 days:

Sunday I ran 11 miles and Jettisoned my time.......about 5 miles in I ran into a friend of 16 years.....I had not seen him in about 8 years......he was driving and pulled over....so I stopped and caught up with him for about 10 minutes and then I went about my merry way.

Monday:

AM.......8 miles in 1:02:50.........7:51 pace........and noon.....3 miles in 22:39.......7:33 pace.

Today......so far:


7:05am......8 miles in 1:00:38.....7:34 pace.
