Yesterday run were 8 miles in the AM at 8:05 pace.....some pain appeared on he inside above my left ankle.....3 more mile at 7:40 pace.
Today I ran 11 painful miles in 1:35:15.......8:39 pace......as you se the pain took a toll on the pace.....that was at noon.....feeling better and I am contemplating another 3 miles tonight....have not decided yet.
