Here is post from 08/18/07 on the RW forum......saves me time in telling of the noteworthy items of late.....as you see....I put in 4,015.2 miles for a 365 day period....11.0 a day average.
ran some brutal elevation in the mountains yesterday....I will see if I can copy the run from my Garmin later.

Sun- 11.0Mon- 11.0Tue- 11.0Wed- 11.0Thu- 11.1Fri- 13.0Sat- 13.081.1 miles for the week @8:05 pace. Hottest week of the year thus far for the miles...not counting cruise week and the humidity factor.
As of today I have also run 4,015.2 miles from 08/19/06 through 08/18/07....11.0 mile a day average for the last 365 days.
