The main point was get a 20 miler under the belt with Surf City 8 weeks away......you can tell where the late uphill miles were......the pace was jjst left to be what it wanted to be......I will do another 20 miler in about 4 weeks.
The day before the LR was 9.1 miles @8:04 pace.
Yesterday was a double.......10.1 at about noon @ 8:11 pace and the another 4 miles last night @7:36 pace.
14.1 for Sunday........today was 9.0 miles at 6:04am @8:16 pace.....tired......but nothing out of the norm.

Hey Terry,
Nice 20 miler for you, can't believe you can run a 14 miler the next day, very impressive! But I guess putting all those miles over time takes less for you to recover. Nice to see you are going to do a marathon, you are going to kick some serious arse!... :)
