Hot again today but felt pretty good.....9 miles in 1:11:37.......7:57 pace in 96 degrees...no complaints...should have been slightly sore after the 15 mile day yesterday with 3 sub7s and two sub615s to end it....but alas I am what you call a runner......so I know each day does not always turn out the way we think it might.....that is why we actually do the runs.......I need to stop typing....this is sounding a lot like RW nonsense.......and we know how I like to pull their chain.
