It seems I have been here for a bit....busy man lately at work and at home......but as Zep once said.....the song remains the same.......run....run.....and more running.

mostly a total of 11 miles a day with casual AM paces for 8 or 9 miles ranging from 7:51 pace to 8:26 pace.

The noon runs have a been a bit faster.......3 milers at sub7 pace and today a 4 miler at noon to go with the 8 this AM......4 miler was 7:21 pace with tow 6:32 miles......Dodgers just beat the D-Backs to tie for the NL West lead again......Nomar knocked in two dingers....so a good day shall we say......
