I hate the Astro's.....just needed to get that out there.......hammy coming along fine......my mind keeps saying go long.....go long.......but me thinks I better let it really heal a while before I do that.......been doing ART/Chiro and really do like that......you can just feel it release the stiffness and scar tissue.....next ART is in two weeks then I will try to do it about once a month.....11 total miles today....8 miles in 1:03:44 and another 3 miles after Michael's ball game....in 23:07.........
