A tough run today......10.1 miles in 1:30:22......8:56 pace......I am sure it is the slowest since the day after the marathon in January.........the pain is pretty sharp in the left rear end.......will not bore anyone with the details of what I am or what I am not doing for the situation......of course I am not resting like I should....that could come soon enough......do not cry for me Argentina.....this is running.....nothing here is a shock to me.....I have been a runner for more then 28 years.....so I kind of think I have had my share of ups and downs.......but the downs could not fill one page worth of mention in nearly 3 decades.........not many can say that.....as I write this......I feel great......internally......that is why I put up with a tough run....a run that many would term bad and very painful.....no such thing my friend......now I may have to put up with some days off soon.......remember......I have done that before....26 times since I turned 30 on July 12th, 1990........so you will not catch me complaining if my total days off creeps to over a month in almost 18 years.....you know what that means?.......I have been blessed beyond words.......
