Tired tonight.....the Dentist....he knocked me around this morning for two hours.....I did 8 miles before he had his way with me......watch it....you know what I mean...the 8 was in 1:03:52....7:59 pace....another 2 miles at noon after the Dentist.....14:52....7:30 pace.....my old friend the 10 for the day.....oh.....basball for the son from 6-8pm...we won 13-1.....record is 6 and 1..........goodnight........
