Not even sure when I last posted here....but today was a 10 miler in 94 degrees......1:20:28.....8;02 pace.
Yesterday was a 9 miler in 92 degrees.....cannot remember the time and too lazy to look in the log....it was 7:37 pace though.
Went to the D odger game on Friday night....they lost 7-5.....good to get out there for the first game this season though....home late....around midnight and the 13 year old had a game yesterday at 10am........below are the stats:

MTD= 141.8
YTD=1,171.9
LTD=69,512.5

Just want to send you some good wishes, I know you're going some tough time with maybe an injury? Just saw it on RW, hopefully it's nothing too serious. Hang in there, you have a lot of support... :)
