Looks like I have forgot to post here the last few days.....oh well nothing earth shattering to report..........12.6 miles yesterday anotgher 2 miles to add to that 10 miler the day before.....also went to the Doctor yesterday and he ordered and x-ray of the left ankle and knee...he seemed to think it was a tendon issue above the ankle......he wrote out a prescrition for something called Naproxen......I am sure it felt the effects of it today.....the numbers down below......

Noon.....3.2 miles in 24:15........7:34 pace.

11.5 miles for the day.
