6:19am......8 miles in 1:04:22......8:02 pace.
11:55am....3 miles in 23:00.....7:40 pace,
32 degrees for the AM run......11 miles for the day.
Killer day.....painful day......root canal at 1:00pm.....the Dentist said I would be in pain later.....he was not kidding.....I have had more then a few root canals....none hurt this much after the numbness wore off....about 21 years ago I had some widom teeth extracted and the got an infection......this was on a par with that....I have a high tolerance for pain.....so when I say I hurt....I hurt....anyway...after 3 vicodin and two advil.....the throbbing has eased up......have 8 at 6AM.....so not ime to be a wuss.......you figure out the LTD and the YTD......like 400 and close to 69,000....back to the couch.

You must be hurtin pup! Sorry to hear about your experience with the root canal, no fun! I'm thinking maybe you should look into another Dentist.. :)
We all know you can tolerate pain, with all those miles under you! Hopefully it gets better and it won't turn into an infection. Keep up with the fluids!

I hate root canals. I suffered through that last year before Boston. What hell! It will get better though.
