Well it has been six months since I posted and in that six months I have turned in thus far the most prolific year and mileage in my nearly 28 year running life.
Here is the break down for the year.
Jan-346.1 11.1 a day average @8:01 pace and breaks record of 346.0 from 12/2004. Also ran a solo 26.2 in that month as I said in a previous post.
Feb-292.3 10.4 a day average @7:56 pace.
Mar-352.2 11.3 a day average @7:55 pace. A new monthly mileage record. I also ran a 3:32:09 solo marathon......8:05 pace and my 15th marathon.
Apr-354.2 11.8 a day average @7:53 pace. A new monthly mileage record. I also ran a 3:27:12 solo marathon.......7:54 pace....and a BQ time for my age by nealy 3 minutes.
May-356.5 11.5 a day average @7:57 pace.....a new record for a month in miles but not average.
Jun-350.0 11.6 a day average @7:57 pace.
Jul-358.1 11.5 a day average @7:48 pace. The month was also noteworthy because I went on a seven day cruise and was able to run on the ship and in Cozemel, Mexico....Roatan, Honduras.....Costa Maya, Mexico.....first runs out of the U.S. and of course while at sea.
