A lot of speed for the old man this year also....did a 6:52 pace 8 miler just this past Tuesday....plenty of solo 5Ks in 20 minutes and change...also a few weeks ago I did a 19:37 solo 5K for my nooner run and earlier this year I did a 18:59 solo 5K on the a downhill portion during a 12 mile run.
Did an 11 mile run with Nick this morning in 1:24:25 on his course.....first we have done this year together.
