3,726....................that is my total for 2006.........10.2 miles a day avererage. That of course is a new record.....it may stand a bit longer than the last two records....we will see. Five days into the new year and I am right where I need to be at 50 miles/10.0 average. Got a new IPOD shuffle for Christmas and I love it. For the first time in 27 years of running I carried music with me and it certainly makes for a faster run......being able to combine two of my passions.....music and running is a Godsend.
