Hello blog......well not much to report lately......it is 11/22/06....sad day in our history of course......JFK was assassinated 43 years ago today........anyway I am one mile ahead of 10 mile pace so far this month and will likely finish the month 1 to 3 miles ahead of the game. Closing in on that record of 36 months/3 years of not dipping below a 9 mile average in a month.
